House, now offices. c1797. brick with painted ashlar dressings
and slate roof with single gable stack. Ground floor and
first-floor sill bands, slab-coped parapet. Windows have brick
flat arches. 3 storeys plus basement; 3-window range of
15-pane sashes with semicircular wrought-iron balconies, and
above, three 9-pane sashes. Ground floor has to right a wooden
doorcase with Ionic 3/4 columns and dentillated cornice and
pediment. Round arched panelled opening with steps up to C20
glazed door. To left, two 12-pane sashes. Below them,
segment-headed basement opening with double board doors.
