House. C17, remodelled in C18. Uncoursed chalk and sarsen rubble; posts of
previous 3-bay timber framed structure exposed in front wall; thatched roof;
brick stacks. Original plan form not deducible. 1 1/2-storey, 2-window range.
Timber lintels over plank door and C20 casements. Gabled roof; end stacks.
Interior: mutilated beams survive; chalk fireplace to right, timber bressumer
over open fireplace with C18 brick jambs to left; 3-bay butt-purlin roof,
closed timber trusses. C20 extension to rear left.
