Part C17, part C18 stucco-fronted range. West side 2-storey and attic with
stone tiled roof and one gabled dormer, part of same range as No 23. Painted
quoins to west side, C19 sash to first floor. East side 3-storey with parapet
and plain tile roof. Brick west wall stack. Painted quoins to second floor
west side and 2 upper floors east side. Across whole ground floor fine mid C19
double-fronted shopfront. Paired plate-glass windows each side with slim shafts
with bulbous heads. Pilasters each side supporting feather scroll each end of
fascia. Dentil cornice. Plinth with low iron railing in front.
