Small detached house, later a cottage ornee. C17, remodelled
late C19. Roughcast render on rubble; steep slate roof, hipped
and sweeping lower to outshut on the left; large external
rendered rubble stack on the right. Probably single-depth
plan. 2 storeys with dormered gables above 1st-floor windows;
2-window range. Early C19 horizontal-sliding sashes with
glazing bars; 1st-floor right-hand window boarded over at time
of survey. Late C19 Gothic style open porch with chamfered
posts and pointed-arched braces; C20 glazed door. INTERIOR
said to contain unusual fireplace.
