Narrow-frontage house in row, with shop. Early C19 frontage on
earlier fabric. Rendered, tile roof. Right-angle plan. 3
storeys, 1-windowed. 16-pane sashes on stone cills. Late C19
shop front with glazed door under transom-light, recessed to
left, deep fascia between console brackets. Above each window
is a wide plain panel with raised mould surround. The stone
moulded cornice returns on the front under a plain
blocking-course.
INTERIOR: not inspected, roof reported to be inaccessible.
