Small house at end of row; attached to No.32 (qv), workers'
cottage. Late C18/ early C19. English garden wall bond
brickwork, rendered return, tile roof, brick stack. 2 storeys
and attic, 1-windowed. Large C20 two-light gabled dormer above
1-light and 4-light C20 small-pane casements to segmental
heads. To left a plank door in wide frame and segmental
voussoir head. Brick 2-course mid string and dentil eaves,
small stack right, hipped left end. INTERIOR not inspected.
Included mainly for group value.
