Pair of cottages. C18, altered and enlarged. Coursed sandstone
rubble painted white, composition tile roof. Rectangular
3-unit plan at right-angles to lane, facing south. Two storeys
and 3 windows; windows and doorways alternating at ground
floor, the doorways square-headed with plain surrounds (that
to the right covered by C20 glazed porch); 3-light casement
windows on both floors. Gable chimneys. C20 additions to rear.
Forms group with Johnson's Farmhouse on opposite (east) side
of lane (qv).
