Small house. Dated 1868 at 1st floor. Coursed squared
sandstone, slate roof. Double-depth double-fronted plan, with
rear outshut to left. Two storeys and 2 windows, symmetrical;
with a round-headed doorway which has plain jambs with imposts
and a dressed stone head with a keystone; vertical-rectangular
windows with raised sills and wedge lintels, and all with
altered glazing; and a square datestone in the centre of the
1st floor inscribed: B/ HE/ 1868 (the same initials as on the
datestone of No.192, qv). Forms part of an interesting group
at Garnett Lees, and is included for group value.
