Barn with integral stable, now workshop. Probably early-mid
C19; altered. Coursed squared sandstone, felted stone slate
roof. 4-bay plan on north-south axis with a rear outshut to
the stable at the north end, plus a lean-to addition at the
south end. Slit breathers on 2 levels (except the stable);
waggon entrance to 2nd bay, with C20 sliding door; garage
doorway to 4th bay with wooden lintel and double board doors.
North gable wall has doorway at ground floor, loading door
above this and stable door to outshut. Various additions to
rear. INTERIOR: stone partition wall to stable; bolted king
post roof trusses.
