Includes: Nos.4, 7 AND 8 WULFRUNA STREET. Terrace of 4 shops, that to right end is No 4 Wulfruna Street. Late C18. Brick with stone dressings; parapeted roof with brick stacks. 3 storeys; 4 window range; curved bay to corner of Wulfruna Street. Top entablature and coped parapet; brick pilasters between end and central windows. Ground floor has shop fronts with entablature, small-paned windows and recessed entrances with overlights; entrance to No 3 with outer door; window to No 2 with roll-moulded glazing bars; 1st floor has architraved windows with cornices, the central 2 consoled, with 12-pane sashes; 2nd floor has windows with 9-pane sashes; corner has blind windows and entrance to No 4 Wulfruna Street. 4-window range to Wulfruna Street has entablature; ground floor has continuation of shop front of No 4 to left end; rest is plastered with C20 openings below cornice; 1st floor has windows with brick flat arches and 12-pane sashes; 2nd floor has one blind window, others with 9-pane sashes. Gable-end and cross-axial stacks. An interesting survival of late C18 shops surviving redevelopment of Lichfield Street area in 1870s.
