House. Late C18. Stucco with limestone dressings, pantiled hip
roof with brick ridge stacks. Double-depth plan. 2-storey;
single bay. Right-hand door with a flat canopy on curved
brackets, and a ground-floor canted, 3-light bay with 6/6
sashes, similar central first-floor window. In the left-return
is a hipped first-floor room overhanging the path. INTERIOR
not inspected. Attached to Hillcrest (qv).
