House. c1780. Render with limestone dressings, lateral stacks
and a pantile hipped roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. 3 storeys, attic and basement; 5-window range. A
symmetrical front with a moulded coping has splayed left-hand
corner with a ground-floor oval window, and a parapeted 2
storey, 3-window right-hand extension. A raised
semicircular-arched doorway has a bracketed pediment, 5-pane
fanlight and 6-panel door. 6/6-pane sashes, 3/6-panes to the
second floor with a 3/3-pane middle sashes; the extension has
3 ground-floor windows, that to the left a 3/3-pane sash, with
2 larger 6/6-pane sashes to the first floor. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wrought-iron railings
to curved entrance steps.
