House. c1813. Stucco with limestone dressings, party wall
stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. 2 storeys and basement; 3-window range. A symmetrical
front has pilasters to a moulded coping, and parapet ramped up
to the ends; raised basement, with steps up to a good Roman
Doric portico with entablature and cornice, architrave to
recessed 6-panel door with glazed top panels. 8/8-pane sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front
garden rubble walls, rusticated piers and wrought-iron gates.
