House. Early C19. Roughcast with ashlar dressings, brick
stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Pilasters, cornice and parapet, a central
semicircular-arched doorway with fluted key and C20 door, a
semicircular-arched window above; 7 stepped voussoirs above
6/6-pane sash windows, with a plaque over the door inscribed
APSLEY VILLA. Rear elevation has central doorway with flanking
ashlar canted bays. INTERIOR not inspected.
