House. c1823. Scribed render with limestone dressings, brick
end stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Pilasters, a thin cornice and parapet,
left-hand doorcase with a semicircular-arched doorway with a
batswing fanlight and 6-panel door, below a window with 7
stepped voussoirs, a right-hand full-height bow with 8/8-pane
sash windows. To the left is a low pointed-arched doorway with
imposts and split key; MONTPELIER BUILDINGS inscribed in the
left pilaster. INTERIOR not inspected.
