House. Late C18. Brick; stone; plain tile roof; brick end
stacks. L-shaped plan. 2-storeys, attic and cellar; 3-window
range: late C19, 2/2 sashes with painted stone sills, under
gauged brick flat arches with painted stone keyblocks. Moulded
brick eaves continuing under central gable with fanlight
window and painted stone sill under gauged brick semi-circular
arch with keystone, and moulded brick eaves. Similar
fenestration to ground floor; stucco plinth; cellar openings
under stone lintels. Mid C20 door in brick pier to left. Left
returned side: gable has leaded light casement. Right returned
side: gable has C18 brickwork keyed into coursed rubble wall
extending to rear. Metal casement to attic 4-light window
inserted into masonry under brick lintel. Side has 6-panel
door and overlight in plain case. INTERIOR has original dogleg
staircase, and panelling. 2-storey range to rear has C19 brick
dentilled eaves, and C18 brickwork and stack to rear, with
late C19, 2/2 sash under timber lintel; plain tile roof.
Further single storey wing to rear has small scantling
timber-frame and brick infill; dentilled eaves.
