House. c1750. Brick; plain tile roof; brick stack to left
front; 2-storeys, cellar and attic; 4-window range: 6/6 sashes
with broad glazing bars, under gauged brick flat arches;
moulded brick eaves; two gable dormers with wood pediments
and, to left, 3/3 sash, to right, C20 plain casement. To left,
6 fielded panel door and ornamental fanlight, with shouldered
architrave, under moulded pediment hood on enriched consoles;
brick pilaster to left; three 6/6 sashes to right. Of one
build with No.35 Broad Street.
