GV II

Cottage. Mid/late C18 with C19 alterations. Brick; plain tile
roof; brick rear lateral stack. 2-storeys; 2-window range:
2-light casements. C19 part-glazed door, with further door
within 2-light casement to left, and 1-light casement to
right, both with brick cambered lintels. Single-storey wing
with corrugated iron roof to right; leanto to rear. INTERIOR:
exposed joists to ground floor rooms with chamfered main beam.
Thickness of front wall suggests addition of brickwork in C19.
Ends of old purlins noted in gables.
