Town house with shop. Mid C19. Stucco on masonry; asbestos
slate roof with pedimented front. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys
plus attic; 3-window front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes
to 1st floor within moulded recessed surrounds with apexed
heads and sills on consoles; moulded cornice to triangular
pediment with central round-headed hornless sash. Ground floor
has late C19 double shop front with end pilasters with
consoles and entablature to fascia with bracketed and
dentilled cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
