Town house. Mid C19. Slatehanging on studwork to front;
asbestos slate roof, hipped on the left; projecting eaves.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys over basement; symmetrical
3-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes within
moulded wooden architraves; central Tuscan doorway with
engaged half columns and moulded entablature; 6-panel door
with fielded panels and overlight. INTERIOR not inspected.
