Town house, possibly 2 houses, now shop with offices. Mid C19.
Stucco with channelled rustications to ground floor, plain
stucco above; hipped dry Delabole slate roof over deep
bracketed eaves to front. Double-depth plan plus deep wing at
rear. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Original horned sashes within
moulded architraves on moulded sills with brackets; all paired
sashes with central pilasters except central single sash;
cavetto-moulded round-arched doorway with panelled door and
stilted plain fanlight, on the right, paired sash left of
doorway with 3 consoles over head and moulded mid-floor string
cornice broken forward over consoles; C20 shop front on the
left in place of former round-arched doorway under central
window and former paired sash on the left beneath where the
string breaks forward. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for
group value.
