TQ 35SW BLETCHINGLEY C.P. LITTLE COMMON LANE

2/40 Little Tilgates

II

House. C17. Much restored in C20. Timber framed on rendered plinth, rendered
cladding below tile hung above, plain tiled roof with ridge cresting; half hipped
over rear wing; ridge stack to rear left. T plan, 2 storeys with 2 C20 diamond
pane leaded casement windows across first floor. Planked door in right hand return
front under continuous pent roof porch.

Interior: framing exposed mainly in ceilings, much restored.
