GV II

Town house. Probably C18, refronted mid C19. Incised stucco on
masonry to front; slatehanging to left-hand return. Asbestos
slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Keyed segmental
arches over late C19 four-pane horned sashes; left of centre
pilastered doorway with consoles and dentilled entablature;
panelled reveals and overlight to C20 door. INTERIOR: not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
