House, now offices. Early C19. Painted brick front with red
Flemish bond brickwork with blue/grey headers on flanks,
hipped slate roof. 3 storeys. Elevation: the upper floor of
front has 2 broad elliptical arch-headed recessed panels. At
the springing of these is a thin moulded cornice. Second floor
has three 6 paned double-hung sash windows and first floor has
3 similar 9-paned, deeper windows. C20 recessed shopfront with
canted glass and fascia over. To the S is a contemporary first
floor link block over carriageway of rusticated stucco with
C20 window framed in plain border. One gault brick stack.
Linked to extensive C20 buildings to rear.
