Former house, now offices. C18 and early C19. Timber-framed and rendered with gabled plain tile roof. 2 storeys with attics and cellar. Front elevation has 2 full-height canted bay windows with double-hung sashes with single central vertical glazing bars. On the first floor is a similar central double hung sash window. The ground floor has a central early C19 painted timber doorcase with flat hood, Doric capitals and frieze of roundels. 5 rendered steps with swept wrought-iron handrails and bootscrapers. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels on S end to yard access. To the rear is a 2-storey extension with low pitched slate roof and painted brick rear wall. 2 substantial rear wall stacks, gabled stair housing, one 2-light casement dormer and concrete tiled single storey lean-to. The right hand bay appears earlier and has some exposed framing on a partition with interrupted studs and a straight brace.
