Town house, now shop. Early/mid C19. Stucco on masonry; slate
roof with rendered end stack on left. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Late C19 horned 2-pane sashes within
moulded stucco architraves; those to first floor have eared
architraves with keyblocks linked to open pediment hoods. C20
shop front has wide doorway on the left and simple end
pilasters. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
