Town house with later shop. Early C19. Granite ashlar with
sill bands; dry slate hipped roof with deep front eaves with
panelled soffit; cast-iron ogee-section gutters.
3 storeys; symmetrical 7-window range. C19 small-paned sashes with
margin panes and small horns. Ground floor has late C20
recessed shop front. INTERIOR: ground floor altered late C20,
otherwise not inspected.
