Town house. Probably C17, remodelled mid C19. Incised stucco
on timber-frame; moulded consoles to 1st floor under moulded
shallow jetty of 2nd floor also with square hoodmoulds; dry
slate roof with large hipped dormer; moulded eaves cornice;
cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan plus later rear
extensions. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Late C20 windows.
Altered C20 shop front; carriageway on the left. INTERIOR: not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
