House at end of row. C17. Square panel timber-frame, brick
nogging, tile roof, brick stack. Long cottage, formerly 2,
with jettied short return at E end.
2 storeys, 2-windowed. All C20 replacement small-paned
casements; ground floor left has long casement with deep-set
glazed door, all under continuous wood drip, and a central C19
plank door. End gable with jetty has 2-light at attic and
doubled 2-light at first floor, ground floor in brick, with
small 2-light. Large central ridge stack in C17 brick. Back
includes early 2-light casement at first floor. INTERIOR not
inspected.
The light scantling to the timber frame suggests a later C17
date, similar to No.2 (qv).
