Town house with later shop. Early C19. Red brick with
rusticated granite ashlar piers flanking ground floor,
otherwise chamfered granite rustications as quoins, sills,
jambs and shallow segmental arches; grouted scantle slate
hipped roof with projecting eaves; cast-iron ogee gutters.
Deep plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original 9-pane hornless
sashes in square openings to 2nd floor over tall original
12-pane hornless sashes to 1st floor. Ground floor has nearly
full-width mid C20 shop front with doorway on its left and ope
on its right. INTERIOR: altered C20 but retains original
staircase at rear.
