Town house. Early C19. Stucco on studwork to front; dry slate roof; brick stack on left; cast-iron ogee gutter over moulded eaves fascia. Shallow-depth plan. 3 storeys; regular 2-window range. Mid/late C19 two-pane hornless sashes or possibly original sashes with glazing bars removed. Ground floor has late C19 transomed double shop front with end pilasters. INTERIOR not inspected.
