Public drinking fountain with statue by sculptor Arthur George Walker. c1903. Ashburton marble on a baluster stem with moulded foot. A green basalt cylindrical moulded plinth in the centre of the bowl supports a small, naturalistic bronze statue of Lady Mount Temple, the art collector who lived at tthe house in Beach Road now called the Babbacombe Cliff Hotel (qv).
