House, now offices. c1730, partly refronted early C19, restored and attic windows inserted c1980. Brick with rusticated stucco ground floor and partly rendered left gable and rear wing. Slate and concrete tile roofs with 2 gable and 2 side wall stacks, one of the latter cruciform. Front has plinth, ground floor sill band and cornice, chamfered brick eaves and renewed wooden gutter. 2 storeys plus attics; 5-window range of 12-pane sashes and above, five C20 box dormers with 9-pane sashes. Ground floor has 4 plain sashes arranged in pairs, and to right a recessed fielded 8-panel door with 2 glazed panels. All the ground floor openings have faceted keystones. Left gable has first floor and eaves bands. At the rear corner, an angled 12-pane casement. To its left, 12-pane sash, the lower light reglazed. Beyond, a curved yard wall with coping. To right, a beaded 6-panel door with overlight and to left a segment-headed board door. At the rear, a 2-storey stair tower with a renewed round-headed stair light and above, a 2-light casement. INTERIOR is said to contain a good quality oak staircase with carved and twisted balusters.
