House, now offices. Late C18. Brick with ashlar dressings and
hipped pantile roof with single side wall stack. Wooden gutter
and brackets. Windows have brick flat arches. 2 storeys;
3-window range of 12-pane sashes. Ground floor has to right a
moulded wooden doorcase with cornice and fielded 6-panel door
with overlight. To its left, two 12-pane sashes, the lower
lights reglazed with single panes. INTERIOR is said to contain
a C18 staircase with turned balusters.
