House. Early/mid C19. Coursed and squared limestone with Ham
Hill stone plinth and door case, plain tile roof with stepped
stone coping and brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan
with an older range to the rear. 3 storeys; symmetrical
3-window range. All windows have flat gauged stone arches;
those to the second floor are 8/8-pane sashes, those to the
first-floor are 8/1-panes with late C19 cast-iron
balconnettes, and the ground-floor has C20 horned plate-glass
sashes. The raised-and-fielded 5-panel door has one horizontal
panel to the top, and a traceried fanlight. The doorcase has a
recessed round-arch with reeded imposts. INTERIOR not
inspected.
