GV II

House, now house and shop. Early C19. Ham Hill stone ashlar
with banded rustication to the ground floor, rough ashlar
above, with rusticated quoins; a hipped slate roof and brick
end stacks. Double-depth plan. Classical style. 3 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range. Stone lintels over plate-glass
sashes. There is a dentilled wood eaves cornice, and reeded
string-courses at cill-levels. The 6-panel door has a large
overlight. To the right is a mid C20 shopfront. INTERIOR not
inspected.
