House, now flats. c1800. Brick with ashlar dressings; tile
roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth, central staircase
plan. Georgian style. 2 storeys with attic; symmetrical
3-window range. Ground floor sill band and top cornice.
Entrance has doorcase with architrave, frieze and consoled
cornice, overlight to 6-fielded-panel door, (2 panels glazed).
Windows have rubbed brick flat arches over 4-pane horned
sashes, sills to 1st floor; 3 hipped dormers with C20
casements. Rear has shallow gabled wing and two C19 gabled
wings. Interior has some shuttered windows and dog-leg
staircase with stick balusters and turned newel.
