GV II

Town house. Mid C18. Stuccoed front with plinth, rusticated
quoins and eared architraves with guttae; steep dry slate roof
with 2 wide C20 dormers; brick end stacks; modillion eaves
cornice and cast-iron ogee gutters. Deep plan. 2 storeys plus
attic; symmetrical 5-window front. C20 twelve-pane horned
sashes and central pilastered doorway with consoles, moulded
architrave and 6-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected.
