Shop with accommodation above. c1860s; parapet inscription
reading "WALTER". Stucco to front with panelled 1st-floor end
pilasters and parapet with moulded cornice; roof not visible;
brick stack on right. Double-depth plan plus rear wing. 2
storeys; 1-window range. 1st floor has mid/late C19 central
pilastered canted oriel with horned sashes, moulded cornice
and slate roof. Ground floor has late C19 pilastered shop
front, and house doorway on left, under full-width fascia with
moulded cornice broken out over consoles. House doorway has
overlight with margin panes and panelled door. Shop has lower
doorway on its left with plain overlight and glazed door and
heads of lights concealed by C20 fascia. INTERIOR not
inspected. Included for group value.
