GV II

House. Early/mid C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, brick
end stack, roof not visible. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Coped parapet and end gables to a symmetrical
front with a semicircular-arched doorway with key and impost,
the door set back with a fanlight and 6-panel door; horned
sashes have 8/8-panes to the right ground floor and a fixed
9-pane window to the left, and 6/6-panes on the first floor
left and centre. The right return has a segmental-arched
basement window. INTERIOR not inspected.
