House. Probably 1830s. Roughcast; tarred slate roof;end stacks
with brick bands to shafts and old pots.
Plan: Double depth, one room wide with entrance to right
facing stair.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-bay front. Doorway to the
right with panelled reveals and a front door with 2 long
vertical panels and a plain fanlight. Ground floor left is a
round-headed small-pane sash with spoke glazing bars. 2 first
floor early C19 12-pane sashes; very small flat-roofed attic
dormer to left of centre, glazed with a 2-light casement with
glazing bars.
Interior: Original features survive including a stick baluster
stair with mahogany handrail.
