BRIGHSTONE

1354-0/11/54 The Mill House

GV II

House. Early C19. Built of ironstone rubble with white brick
dressings. Slate roof and end brick chimneystacks. 2 parallel
ranges, 2 storeys 4 windows. 1st floor has 1 blank and 3
12-pane cambered sashes with wooden architraves. Ground floor
windows have verticals only and horns. Doorcase has
tent-shaped canopy with wooden trellis-work.
