GV II

Single house. Early to mid C19. Stuccoed with roof of slate.
Sidehall entrance. 2 storeys with attic; 3-window range.
Ground floor of rusticated stucco with round-arched openings
with radiating heads in imitation voussoirs; cast iron guards
to recessed sash windows. To left, square-headed doorway
(probably replacement/later) with new panelled door and plain
rectangular overlight. 1st floor of plain stucco with storey
band and square-headed architraved sash windows; all with
narrow panelled apron and fluted lugs. Plain cornice band.
Stuccoed parapet with acroteria; diamond pattern balustrade
flanking centre panel inscribed 'Albion Lodge'. Gambrel roof
of slate with pair of dormers. Chimney stack to eastern
end-wall.
