Semi-detached villas. c. 1830. Stucco over brick; Welsh and artificial slate roofs. Sidehall entrance with staircase. 2 storeys with basement and attic, 3 windows each. Entrance bay set-back. Rusticated raised ground floor with sill band beneath round-arched openings. Recessed sash windows with curved and radiating glazing bars in panelled recess. Steps rise to doorway: No. 10 with original twin-panelled studded door; radiating fanlight with original glazing bars. 1st floor of plain stucco with storey band beneath sash windows with lugged architraves. Dentilled cornice beneath hipped roof with projecting eaves and stuccoed centre-wall stacks; some dormers. (Local List (L93)).
