Farmhouse. C17 with possibly earlier origins, altered and extended in C20.
Unrendered stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Lateral hall stack to rear,
tapered cap heightened in brick. Rubble stack at right end with off-sets and brick
shaft and tall lateral stack to front heating upper end. 3-room through-passage
plan with right-angled extension to front upper end forming overall L-shaped plan.
2 storeys. 4-window range of 2-light casements, 6 panes per light. Three 3-light
and one 2-light casement, all 6 panes per light to ground floor. Leanto slate roof
to stone rubble porch with brick dressings. 6 panelled door, the upper 2 panels
glazed. Interior not inspected.
