Terraced houses. 1851-52. Developed by Edward Rowland and Thomas Evans. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, stucco, roof obscured by parapaet. Two storeys over basement, two windows each. Basement stuccoed with moulded storey band. Steps up to flat-arched entrance with pilasters, pediment on consoles, and overlight. All windows segmental-arched with moulded stucco architraves. Sill band to first floor. Stucco cornice and blocking course. Stacks on party walls. Cast-iron railings to area.
