Wesleyan Methodist Chapel. 1854, with minor addition. Solid
rendered walls, lined to imitate masonry. Slate roof. One
storey; 3-window range, with 2 doorways between the windows.
6-panelled doors, the 2 bottom panels of left-hand door flush;
6-paned fanlights. Above right-hand door is a recessed panel
with incised inscription WESLEYAN CHAPEL 1854; above left-hand
door is a similar panel inscribed WESLEYAN SUNDAY SCHOOL 1880.
Windows have 9-paned fixed sashes with transom-lights, those
in the 2 right-hand windows 6-paned. At left-hand end of front
is a lower added outbuilding; set into this on the road
frontage is an Edward VII letterbox. INTERIOR not inspected.
Area-railing and gate have fleurs-de-lis finials to the
uprights.
