House and attached railings. c1800, with mid C19 and late C20
alterations. Brick with painted basement and painted ashlar
dressings, with slate roof and single side wall stack.
Basement lintel band, ground and first-floor sill bands,
moulded wooden gutter and brackets. 3 storeys plus basement;
2-window range. Original windows have slightly cambered multi
keystone lintels. 2 plain sashes and to their right, a late
C20 two-light casement. Above, 2 unequally hung glazing bar
sashes. Ground floor has to right, steps to a restored
doorcase with Doric columns and dentillated pediment, with
beaded 6-panel door and plain fanlight. Basement has a C20
cross casement flanked to right by a half-glazed door.
Outside, cast-iron area railings.
