2 houses and attached railings. c1800, partly refenestrated
mid C19. Brick with rendered basement and painted ashlar
dressings, with slate roof with single ridge and single side
wall stacks. First floor band, modillion wooden eaves cornice,
that to left more elaborate. 3 storeys plus basement; 4-window
range. Windows all have multi keystone lintels. To left, 2
plain sashes on each floor, the second floor ones smaller. To
right, two 12-pane sashes on the lower floors and two 9-pane
sashes to the second floor. Each house has to right, steps to
a wooden doorcase with engaged Roman Doric columns and
dentillated pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and plain
fanlight. Basement has, to left, a plain sash and to right,
two 9-pane sashes. Outside, plain wrought-iron area railings.
