House, now offices. c1810. Brick; tile roof with brick
cross-axial stack. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Double-depth
plan. Georgian style. Top modillioned brick cornice. Entrance
has doorcase with panelled pilasters and long brackets to
cornice, overlight with decorative glazing bars to
4-fielded-panel door. Windows have sills, and rubbed brick
flat arches over 12-pane sashes to ground and 1st floors,
those to 2nd floor have 9-pane sashes; windows have signs of
having been wider; those to ground and 1st floors have wider
flat arches grooved and mortared to resemble ordinary
brickwork, an unusual feature.
